Accessibility at Caledee

Scheduling should work for everyone. We build Caledee to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, or a magnifier — and we treat accessibility gaps as bugs.

Our target

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the app and the public booking pages. It's an ongoing commitment, not a one-time certification.

What's in place

Full keyboard navigation, visible focus states, a skip-to-content link, semantic landmarks and ARIA labels on interactive controls, respect for reduced-motion preferences, and a dark mode that follows your system.

Known gaps

We're finishing a color-contrast pass on a few secondary text styles and improving screen-reader announcements on the slot picker. These are tracked and being fixed.

Found a barrier?

Email accessibility@caledee.com with the page and what got in your way. We treat it as a priority bug and will get back to you.
