Hosted in Europe, GDPR by design
Your calendars, invitee data and payments live on a European VPS in Paris — not a US data centre. For EU teams that's one fewer transfer-impact assessment, and a privacy story you can put in front of a buyer.
Calendly is the category default, and it's good at what it does. Caledee is for people who want the same simplicity with European hosting, payments and deposits from the Pro tier, and developer access that isn't locked behind a sales call.

— Where Caledee pulls ahead
Your calendars, invitee data and payments live on a European VPS in Paris — not a US data centre. For EU teams that's one fewer transfer-impact assessment, and a privacy story you can put in front of a buyer.
Charge invitees at booking with Stripe — full price or a deposit — with 0% Caledee commission on paid plans. Deposits and partial payment are built in, which Calendly doesn't offer at all.
Caledee's MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client on every plan — reads free, writes from Pro. The REST API, OAuth 2.0 apps and webhooks come with Team, no enterprise contract. Calendly reserves its API access for higher tiers.
When you're full, invitees join a waitlist and get the next opening automatically. Collect a deposit instead of the full fee. Run a group vote-on-a-time poll — all included, no add-on. Calendly has none of the first three.
