HubSpot CRM
Connect your HubSpot portal and every booking automatically adds the invitee to HubSpot as a contact — no Zapier, no manual export. Native OAuth: you stay in control and can disconnect anytime.
What syncs
- On every booking, the invitee is upserted as a HubSpot Contact by email — created if new, matched if they already exist (first/last name filled from their booking name).
- Logging each booking as a HubSpot Meeting activity on the contact is rolling out next.
Connect it
- Go to Integrations in your Caledee dashboard.
- In the CRM section, click Connect HubSpot and approve the access on HubSpot's screen.
- You land back on the Integrations page with HubSpot marked Connected. That's it — the next booking will appear in HubSpot.
The connection requests only what it needs: read/write on Contacts. We store the tokens encrypted and never read your existing CRM data — we only add the people who book with you.
Plan & disconnect
Native CRM sync is a Pro feature. To stop syncing, click Disconnect next to HubSpot on the Integrations page — we revoke the token at HubSpot and remove the connection. Your already-synced contacts stay in HubSpot.
