Billing & plans
A plain-English summary of what each plan unlocks, the trial, and how to manage your subscription.
The plans
See live prices on the pricing page. In short:
- Free — one event type, one connected calendar, and the core booking flow.
- Pro — everything that makes a single host powerful (details below).
- Team — Pro, plus everything that takes a group: organizations, round-robin, shared forms, the API, and managed event types. Billed per active seat.
- Enterprise — Team, plus custom terms and a dedicated SLA. SAML single sign-on and audit logs are coming soon.
What Pro adds
- Unlimited event types, calendar connections, and workflows.
- Paid events — charge invitees at booking time.
- Routing forms.
- Custom branding (logo, cover, brand colour, hide the footer).
- Details-first / lead-capture booking and a waitlist when slots are full.
- Recurring bookings.
- File-upload questions.
- Meeting polls.
- Priority support — open tickets to the Caledee team.
What Team adds on top
- Organizations with invited members.
- Round-robin and collective (org-shared) event types.
- Org-shared routing forms.
- Webhooks and the public API.
- Managed event types — admin templates with locked sections.
The free trial
New accounts start a 14-day trial with paid features unlocked, and no card is required to begin. Add a card before the trial ends to keep going; if you don't, the account simply drops to Free — your data is never deleted, paid links just pause until you upgrade.
Upgrade, downgrade, and invoices
Manage everything from Settings → Billing. Upgrading opens secure checkout; managing an existing subscription, changing your card, or downloading invoices opens the billing portal. Team seats are prorated automatically as you add or remove members.
If a paid feature is in use when a plan lapses, the link is paused rather than removed. Re-subscribe and it comes straight back, exactly as configured.
